ROLE SUMMARY
Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with a variety of tasks related to recruiting and hiring. This may include conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and maintaining candidate files. The intern will also have the opportunity to learn about different aspects of the HR field and gain exposure to the recruiting process at a major corporation.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES*
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing & Screening
- Source and screen candidates using various recruiting tools
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
Tracking & Coordination
- Assist with recruiting and hiring processes
- Help coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Keep track of candidate progress in the recruiting process, and the Applicant Tracking System.
Offering
- Prepare offer letters and maintain candidate files
Research & Development
- Help improve current systems and practices by suggesting improvements.
Requirements
- Education & Work experience** - Relevant training / certifications / education background.
- Software and Applications- MS Office
- Qualities & Capabilities-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong interest in human resources and recruiting
**You will be expected to present proof of your qualifications and work experience.
