Senior Manager, CASA Product Development - Personal Financial Services

Overview :

The Deposit/CASA Product Development Senior Manager is responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of the deposit and transaction banking portfolio. This role will own the product P&L, driving the growth of CASA acquisition, balance, and engagement. You will lead product development, oversee marketing and partner collaboration, and manage channel performance to optimize funding costs and acquire customers in the digital space.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Management & Financial Performance

• Translate business goals into a competitive Deposit/CASA product roadmap to drive market growth and acquisition.
• Manage pricing strategies and lifecycle execution to achieve key P&L targets, including Revenue, Balance growth, and Cost of Funds.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept and testing to go-to-market execution—ensuring seamless delivery across all channels.

Distribution, Governance & Customer Experience

• Champion the end-to-end customer journey, collaborating with Operations, Digital, and Marketing to enhance customer stickiness and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify and manage external partnerships and internal channel strategies (Branch/Digital) to maximize product distribution and sales efficiency.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT to ensure all products adhere to internal policies and SBV regulations while leading cross-functional project delivery.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Financial Industry with a strong track record in Product Development and Sales Management.
• Independent and innovative mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Effective written and alternative communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and convey complex strategies.
