The Mission:

We need top-tier freelance designers to create high-converting T-shirt designs. This is not just "art"; it iscommercial designmeant to trigger clicks on Google Shopping.

What you will do:

• Create original designs based on specific niches (B2B, Minimalist, Corporate, Local Pride).

• Deliver print-ready files (Vector, high-res PNG, color separations).

• Create high-quality mockups that stand out on a white background (Google Shopping optimized).

• Adapt designs for various garment colors and printing methods (DTG, Screen printing).

Requirements:

• Proven track recordin Print-on-Demand (POD) or apparel branding.

• Mastery of typography, layout, and current US/European streetwear/minimalist trends.

• Ability to work fast and iterate based on sales data.

• Perfect understanding of Google Shopping visual requirements (clean, clickable, professional).
