Role Overview

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you'll design, build, and optimize customer communications across the lifecycle using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You'll bring customer journeys to life through personalized, data-driven communications, ensuring every interaction is timely, relevant, and aligned to both customer experience and commercial outcomes.

What You Will Do

You'll join the Belong Marketing Team, working within the Customer Communications function to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant CRM experiences. You'll collaborate closely with Campaign Managers, Digital, Product, and Data teams to deliver technical design and execution of lifecycle communications across Email, SMS, and other outbound channels.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years' experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform
  • Proven experience building and managing automated customer journeys and campaign executions
  • Strong experience working with customer data, segmentation, and data-driven marketing programs
  • Proficiency in AMPscript and SQL, with experience querying and transforming data for marketing use cases
  • Strong understanding of data structures, segmentation, and personalization techniques
  • Experience building and optimizing multi-channel CRM communications (Email, SMS, Push, etc.)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation best practices, including testing, QA, and journey orchestration
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
  • Effective communication skills, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
