Saviynt is seeking a driven, rising star in the Identity space to join us as an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Consultant.
If you are a burgeoning identity practitioner looking to level up your career, this is your launchpad. You will design, configure, and deploy our market-leading IGA platform to solve complex, real-world security challenges for our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Deploy & Integrate: Take the reins on deploying, implementing, and integrating the Saviynt platform with critical enterprise applications and infrastructure.
Architect Solutions: Translate complex customer requirements into slick, scalable technical designs, proofs-of-concept, and implementations.
Lead & Mentor: Provide technical oversight to junior engineers, helping groom the next generation of IAM tech talent.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product engineering to bridge the gap between customer needs and product evolution, while occasionally supporting direct and partner sales teams with technical pre-sales expertise.
Own the Lifecycle: Follow established SDLC methodologies, create pristine design and testing documentation, and ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
Problem Solve: Dive deep into debugging, research, and investigation to resolve complex technical hurdles.
WHAT YOU BRING
- The Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- The Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on industry experience designing, developing, customizing, and deploying major Identity Management and Governance products.
- The Domain Expertise: Deep foundational knowledge of core IAG concepts, specifically User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation.
- The Mindset: A sharp analytical mind, a passion for security architecture, and the communication skills to confidently dispel customer objections and handle technical hurdles.
