Job Description:

The Graphic Designer develops and maintains a strong brand identity across all marketing channels, while supporting the company's sales and business growth through visually compelling materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all stages of design projects, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to develop and implement cohesive visual direction across campaigns and platforms.
  • Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, catalogs, dashboards, outdoor advertisements, presentations, and event visuals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all subsidiaries and customer touchpoints.
  • Create visual identities and brand assets for new and existing subsidiary brands (e.g., Rafiki, Florida Gardens, Oulx).
  • Design interactive and clickable catalogs for sales teams and internal systems for supplier management.
  • Analyze and design data dashboards using tools such as Google Looker Studio to support cross-departmental needs.
  • Provide creative direction for multimedia productions, including photoshoots and video content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and ensure design relevance and innovation.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the brands creative impact.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to brand identity standards and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 6+ years of professional design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and high-impact creative projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
