We are Infrrd, an Enterprise AI company helping global enterprises extract data from complex, unstructured documents like invoices, contracts, engineering drawings, and handwritten notes. Our AI goes beyond data extraction to automate end-to-end workflows, reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and accelerating business operations.

Our product is proven, enterprise customers are live, and we're ready to scale. Now we're looking for a marketing leader who can tell our story, amplify our brand, and build the growth engine for our next chapter.

We're looking for a Vice President – Marketing to lead that journey.

You'll work closely with the founder and executive leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy, build and scale a world-class marketing organization, strengthen our brand, and drive predictable revenue growth. What You'll Own

  • Shape and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business growth and revenue goals.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, digital marketing, and communications.
  • Own demand generation and pipeline growth through integrated inbound, outbound-assisted, ABM, partner, digital, and field marketing programs.
  • Partner closely with Sales to sharpen our ICP, messaging, pipeline quality, forecasting, and revenue outcomes.
  • Craft our product narrative through positioning, launches, customer storytelling, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence.
  • Build a data-driven marketing organization with clear KPIs, attribution, analytics, and scalable marketing operations.
  • Lead the marketing tech stack, budgets, agencies, and operational excellence while fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven success building and scaling marketing teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong demand generation background with a track record of building predictable pipeline and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience leading end-to-end marketing across demand generation, product marketing, brand, content, and digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise B2B buying journeys and complex sales cycles.
  • Experience leading, managing, or collaborating with high-performing marketing teams based in India, with the ability to build and scale distributed organizations.
  • Strong expertise in marketing technology, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and attribution.
  • A strategic, data-driven leader who's equally comfortable thinking big and rolling up their sleeves.
  • Experience in Enterprise AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Document Automation, or Enterprise SaaS is a strong plus.
