- 6+ years of experience in backend software development with a strong focus on API-first solutions
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining high-availability, business-critical applications
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Experience developing clean, secure, and high-performance code
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration (CI), automated deployments, and test automation
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong communication skills with English proficiency at B2 level or higher
