We are seeking a results-driven Executive Director of Preschool to provide strategic and operational leadership for our early childhood and school age programs. This role partners closely with senior leadership and the board to ensure compliance, program excellence, and positive outcomes for children and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of preschool and school age programs
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary staff teams
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Oversee curriculum quality aligned with nationally recognized standards
- Manage budgets, reporting, and operational planning
- Represent the organization with families and community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred + Business Administration/Accounting or Education Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in early childhood education
- Strong understanding of licensing regulations and program quality standards
- Collaborative, strategic, and mission-driven leadership approach
