Software Developer

  • Location: Coleraine, Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
  • Job Type: Full-time

REED Technology are delighted to partner with a leading digital software organisation, and be part of a dynamic team that is transforming the industry through innovative technology. We are looking for a passionate Software Developer to help us design and build modern web-based applications and enhance existing systems using the latest technologies.

Duties:

  • Design and develop modern web-based applications.
  • Enhance and evolve existing systems using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software issues.
  • Contribute to products that deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.
  • Work on meaningful projects that reach millions of users globally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2:1 Honour’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in a software development role.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as ASP.NET, VB.NET, C, C#, or Java.
  • Solid understanding of databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with App Development.
  • Knowledge of WCF, Web API, React.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
