🚀 Account Manager – Semiconductor - Contract EMS & Test Organisation | Bay Area
I’m currently partnering with a leading Contract Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) & Test Organisation to hire an experienced Account Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
This is a growth-driven hire within a business generating $500M+ in US revenues, with strong momentum across key markets, including Semiconductor, AI and Chip verticals.
The Opportunity:
This is not a volume account role — you’ll take ownership of 3 major strategic customers, including a flagship account with ~$50M annual spend. The focus is on deep relationship management, commercial growth, and long-term partnership development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and developing relationships with a small number of high-value OEM customers
- Driving revenue growth and account expansion across complex EMS/Test programmes
- Acting as the key commercial interface between customers and internal engineering/operations teams
- Identifying new opportunities across NPI, manufacturing, and test services
