An Account Management professional who has a love of everything client. You’re adept at developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and are excited to work with tier one clients on their retail activations, helping them bring their brand to life in powerful ways.

This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management, strategic thinking, and execution—while making a visible impact on both client success and business growth.

A typical day (although no day is typical!):

• Collaborate with clients daily, delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations and drives their business forward.
• Proactively anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Partner with Project Management to align solutions with client goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively identify and new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies that reflect client needs, objectives and goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent service and proactive engagement.

Who We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of client account management experience.
• Proven success managing clients in experiential marketing, branded environments or custom retail environments.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Polished presentation skills.
• Resourceful, positive and wants to have fun.
• Awareness of industry trends and client business drivers
