JOB OBJECTIVE:

This role is to develop and execute Retail Marketing strategies that drive brand presence, foot traffic, and sales performance across both FP and OL stores. This role partners closely with Retail, VM, CRM and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and an exceptional consumer experience. The role will optimize marketing investments, lead in-store activations, and build a high-performance team to support sustainable business growth.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct advertising: plan and deploy seasonal direct advertising calendar (landlord OOH) in associate with team and production vendors.

• Seasonal launch: develop in-store promotion scheme and multi-channel customer communication plans (brand in-base and landlord database).

• Develop and deploy gifting plans to (tier gifts for VIP program, GWP for in-store promotion and landlord promotion, special event and new door opening) to enhance in-store customer connection and to drive store traffic and sales, and to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

• In-store promotion: follow Company promotion policy to work with Retail team to identify business opportunities and evaluate promotion requests from Retail team to deploy monthly brand promotion plan, track promotion metrics and historical results and net plus for monitoring and analysis.

• New store opening: develop and deploy new store opening 360-degree marketing plan, including local OOH, customer communication, in-store promotion, etc. by fully leveraging landlord’s resources via negotiation.

• In-store vent: develop and deploy all customer-related events include but not limited to seasonal preview, trunk show, private luncheon, etc. to drive store traffic and boom sales.

• Budget management


SKILLS and WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree or above, Marketing and Business related major is preferred

• 5 years fashion and relevant consumer retail experience is preferred

• In-hour experience required, with strong business acumen, frequent cross-functional collaborations, solid understanding of ROI

• Detail-oriented, fast-learning

• Strategic and creative thinker, able to think out of the box and anticipate marketing and industry trend and changes, meanwhile hands-on

• A good and effective team player, comfortable with conflict, firm and goal-oriented. Skilled in communication with all business levels, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize multiple tasks

• Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word

• Fluent in Mandarin and English of both writing and speaking
