WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES
As a Senior Advisor, you will:
— Draw on your leadership and organisational expertise to guide clients and collaborators through leadership and personal development programs
— Build and manage your own independent portfolio within a structured, globally supported business model
— Mentor and influence others at a senior level, without the constraints of corporate hierarchy
— Work remotely and autonomously, with the flexibility to design your own schedule and ways of working
— Represent a brand built on real-world leadership experience, credibility, and global reach
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are likely:
— A senior leader or advisor with 15+ years of experience across leadership, organisational development, strategy, or a related discipline
— Someone who has operated at Director, VP, or Executive level and understands what it takes to influence at the top
— Commercially minded, with strong relationship-building and communication skills
— At a point in your career where autonomy, purpose, and legacy matter more than title and tenure
— Open to a self-directed, independent working model supported by an established global network
No background in coaching or personal development is required. If you have led people, shaped culture, or driven organisational change — your expertise is directly transferable.
