Project Management
- Develop a comprehensive project plan including scheduling, resource allocation, and
risk management.
- Take responsibility for project planning and management, ensuring smooth execution of
analytical modules and adherence to project deadlines.
- Interact with customers to understand their business queries and lead solution
development together with LV’s cross-functional teams.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and
timely manner.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may affect project success and develop
mitigation strategies.
- Manage and report project financial performance, including ownership of project
margin.
- Engage and motivate team members throughout the project lifecycle
Business Development
- Provide thought leadership and help clients implement the best solutions to add value
to the clients business and to LV.
- Manage the relationship with clients to support them in identifying analytics needs.
- Drive and identify new opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Manage client relationships effectively, including conducting meetings, understanding
requirements, and delivering solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
Delivery
- Ensure end-to-end project development and delivery.
- Understand and clarify business requirements to translate high-level business problems
into specific analytical problems.
- Support the team in generating insights from customer data, presenting conclusions
and results that meet business requirements.
- Interact with clients to understand their business queries and develop appropriate
solutions.
- Enhance customer experience and take ownership of solution implementation.
- Guide analysts in problem-solving, develop solution architecture, and support the
application of data processing, reporting, and visualization frameworks.
- Design and develop analytical solutions to address a range of business challenges,
including user acquisition and engagement for digital offerings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to structure and analyze business questions
through a hypothesis-driven approach.
- Perform cohort studies and event impact assessments to evaluate the outcomes of
interventions using statistical methods.
- Translate business requirements into actionable analyses and communicate complex,
data-driven findings to diverse audiences through compelling visuals and presentations.
Regional & GCC/COE Leadership
- Act as a regional reference for the Analytics GCC/COE model, supporting its
development, adoption, and continuous improvement across markets.
- Serve as the connection point with the global GCC team, ensuring the region
consistently leverages all resources available across the company to support region
development.
- Collaborate closely with Engagement Managers (EMs) across the region to align
delivery standards, resourcing, and best practices.
- Promote knowledge sharing and standardization of methodologies, tools, and
frameworks across teams and accounts.
Organization Development
- Lead and mentor a team that will be accountable to you.
- Maintain a collaborative environment and motivate team members to go beyond
standard expectations.
- Participate in organizational development activities to take the organization to the next
level.
Projects
- Development as a Subject Matter Expert in FMCG sales & marketing analytics domain, working directly with top FMCG brands across Latin America.
- Work extensively with clients. A direct interaction with clients and with our team in India. These direct interactions will fasten your learning process and will enable you to master traits of strategy consulting, i.e. from understanding business objective to analyzing data in a methodical way culminating with a final output to be delivered to the client.

Requerimientos
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field (formal education in
analytics or data science is required).
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Analytics or Strategic Consulting.
Solid knowledge of data science, analytics, and related fields.
Experience working in an Analytics GCC (Global Capability Center) or COE (Center of
Excellence) is highly valued.
Experience working in the Retail or FMCG industry is a plus.
English proficiency is a must.
Proficiency with tools and programming languages such as SQL and Python.
Experience working with cloud platforms.
Experience managing project margin and financial metrics.
Experience working with technical/engineering teams.
