Requerimientos del cargo

Experience: 8+ years in data architecture, enterprise data platforms, or integration solutions.

Cloud Expertise: Proven experience in AWS Architecture (Serverless, EventBridge, IAM, and managed data services).

Data & Streaming: Advanced mastery in designing Data Pipelines, real-time processing, and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Event-driven architecture, and Data Streaming).

Modern Data Stack: Practical experience with modern analytical databases and familiarity with open-source data stacks.

Integrations: Strong background in microservices architecture, APIs (REST / GraphQL), and high-throughput/low-latency data flow optimization.

Projects

Coderslab.io is looking to hire a Senior Data Solutions Architect, will be responsible for designing, leading, and evolving the corporate data architecture on AWS. The main mission is to drive the transition from monolithic structures and legacy middleware toward a modern, decoupled, scalable, and real-time data platform (Real-time Streaming & Event-driven). This role will focus on reducing infrastructure costs, optimizing data latency, and empowering the business ecosystem (Retail, Omnichannel, and ERP).

Funciones del cargo

Data Strategy & Design: Define the target data architecture, pipelines (ETL/ELT), messaging models, and corporate data governance in the cloud (AWS).

Modernization & Decoupling: Lead the migration and transition from legacy middleware platforms toward a cloud-native and open-source data ecosystem, minimizing third-party dependencies.

Real-Time Integration: Design and implement data solutions oriented toward event-driven architectures and real-time streaming to connect core business systems (SAP, POS, eCommerce, CDP, and Data Platforms).

Optimization & Governance: Ensure end-to-end observability, security (IAM, API Security), high availability, cloud cost optimization, and high performance of modern analytical databases.

Technical Leadership: Act as a strategic technical reference for the Data Team, business units, and stakeholders (CIO, vendors), guiding data engineers and developers.

Nice to Have: Prior experience in high-volume Retail, Omnichannel, or eCommerce industries, as well as integrations with SAP S/4HANA or POS systems.
