Accounting/HR Assistant - Daytona Harley Davidson

Ed Morse is currently seeking an Accounting/HR Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Processing various GL account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process incoming payment transactions
• Oversee vendor collections, follow up on delinquent accounts
• Assist with month end closing
• Answer multi-line phone
• Data entry
• Organizing files
• Collect and verify onboarding paperwork is complete
• Enroll new team members into ComplyNet and monitor training deadlines to ensure compliance
• Assist HR Manager with maintaining personnel files
• Maintain team member confidence and ensure all inforamtion remains confidential
• Assist HR department with various projects as needed

Qualifications

• Prior HR/Office experience preferred
• Tag and title experience preferred
• Great understanding of account reconciliations
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Abilitiy to meet deadlines under pressure and adapt to change
• Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively.
