About CBTW

CBTW is a global independent tech consultancy group. With a team of more than 3,000 talented tech specialists on the ground in over 35 cities across Europe, the USA, Asia, Australia and Africa, we serve clients of all sizes. We believe collaboration betters our world. Our unique open ecosystem model allows us to deliver end-to-end tech solutions.

We’re looking for a Technical Associate Product Manager (APM) to support our Partnerships & Integrations (PI) domain. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and external partners, and is responsible for helping build, scale, and optimise integrations that extend the value of our platform. Working closely with engineering teams, you’ll demonstrate a strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns. You’ll also collaborate with senior product leaders and GTM teams to deliver high-impact integrations. This is an ideal role for someone early in their product career who has technical experience, is detail-oriented, and excited about ecosystem-driven product growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the discovery, definition, and delivery of integration and partnership initiatives
  • Translate partner requirements, business opportunities and overall PI product roadmap into clear, concise, and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
  • Have a strong understanding of API capabilities, data models, and system interactions across integrations
  • Work with engineering teams to scope, prioritise, and deliver integration features and improvements
  • Assist in managing external partners through onboarding, integration builds, and ongoing support
  • Monitor integration performance, usage, and reliability; identify and prioritise improvements
  • Contribute to API and integration documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the technical capabilities and limitations of the PI ecosystem
  • Support go-to-market activities for new integrations (e.g. release notes, internal enablement, partner comms)
  • Help maintain a scalable and consistent integration framework across the platform

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, software development or a related role
  • Deep understanding of APIs, how systems exchange data and integration patterns
  • Understanding of customer workflows and how integrations fit into end-to-end journeys
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when working with technical teams
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Why you'll love working here

  • Flexible in-office and remote work arrangements
  • Premium Health Coverage
  • On-the-job training including English, soft skills, technical courses, and diverse certification programs
  • Latest tech tools and fully equipped working facilities
  • Exclusive Tech Talks and in-depth knowledge sharing sessions
  • Fascinating employee engagement and entertainment activities
