We are now looking for a Technical Marketing Manager – RF Power & Small Signal to drive growth across Europe. This is a high-impact, design-led role focused on creating and winning new business opportunities through technical expertise, market insight, and strong customer engagement.
The Role
This position sits at the heart of our growth strategy, working across customers, suppliers, and internal teams to identify and convert design-led opportunities into revenue.
You will:
- Develop and execute targeted growth strategies aligned to product, application, and supplier objectives.
- Engage directly with customers to create and influence new projects, supporting design activity and new product introduction (NPI).
- Work closely with Regional Sales, Inside Sales, Product teams, and Supplier Business Managers to convert opportunities into design wins.
- Drive opportunities from design registration through to revenue, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and progression.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, contributing to technical alignment and joint growth strategies.
- Provide market insight on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
About You
You will bring a strong blend of technical knowledge and commercial mindset, with a passion for driving growth through application-led engagement.
- Degree in Engineering or similar (preferred).
- Experience in RF, power, or small signal technologies.
- Background in technical sales, applications engineering, or technical marketing.
- Proven experience in design-led selling and new business development.
- Strong ability to influence customers and stakeholders at both technical and commercial levels.
- Comfortable working across multiple European markets.
- Strong command of English (essential), as this is the common language used across all internal systems and processes.
- This role can be based in Germany, other centrally located European countries.
- Regular international travel across Europe is required (typically up to one week per month).
