What does the role involve?

You're the bridge between what's really happening at customer organizations and what gets built into the product.

These are the challenges you'll face day to day:

• Processes that stop working as the organization scales
• Systems that don't talk to each other
• Teams that struggle to keep up with the pace
• AI that can drive real value — but also introduce real risk

Your job: take all of that and turn it into a product that brings order, drives efficiency, and puts organizations back in control.

What does the work look like in practice?

• Working across the board — customers, leadership, developers, and designers
• Making meaningful decisions — finding the right balance between simple and powerful, flexible and stable
• Full ownership — not just deciding what to build, but making sure it actually works and delivers results

What are we looking for?

• Product management experience (B2B / SaaS / complex systems preferred)
• Big-picture thinking and the ability to take complex problems and simplify them
• An eye for what truly matters to the business — not just adding more capabilities for the sake of it
• Strong Hebrew and English — in writing, in specs, and in professional conversations
