We are looking for a Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable data and AI/ML architectures across cloud and on-premise environments. In this role, you will own complex client engagements end-to-end, serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders, and drive innovation across Big Data, machine learning, and real-time analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring technical talent and aligning architectural decisions with measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the design and implementation of data and AI/ML architecture solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms
• Define and execute data lifecycle processes, including ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization
• Design and validate proofs of concept for emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Machine Learning
• Drive best practices for backend and ML services to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
• Ensure all solutions adhere to security, compliance, and architecture frameworks such as AWS Well-Architected and GCP Architecture Framework
• Oversee data governance and data quality processes across platforms

Client Engagement & Technical Leadership

• Lead complex, high-impact customer engagements, providing strategic technical vision aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to align architectural solutions with organizational objectives
• Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and client presentations

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing guidance to architects and technical leaders
• Stay current with emerging technology trends and continuously evolve the architecture strategy

What You Will Bring

• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture with a strong focus on Big Data and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proficiency in data engineering and analytics, including designing data pipelines and architectures using cloud-native data stacks
• Proven experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data analytics
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience integrating AI/ML components into solutions
• Solid understanding of machine learning and MLOps tooling, including PyTorch, SageMaker, and MLflow
• Proven experience with microservice architecture and containerized deployment
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized applications
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as TypeScript, Java, or Python
• Technical pre-sales or sales experience with cloud, Big Data, and ML solutions
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with agile methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing Generative AI solutions
• Proficiency with graph databases such as Neo4j or AWS Neptune
• Knowledge of data mesh principles and data contracts
• Operational experience with infrastructure deployment tools such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform
