Job Summary
The Manager, Procurement - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is responsible for leading the governance, strategy, and continuous improvement of the organization's contract lifecycle management ecosystem, with primary ownership of the Ironclad CLM platform and integration with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).
This role provides functional leadership across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and the broader business to ensure contract data integrity, process standardization, and compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements. The Manager is accountable for optimizing end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, enhancing system capabilities, and driving measurable improvements in cycle time, visibility, and risk management.
The role also leads CLM-related reporting, ensures alignment between contractual terms and ERP data structures, and serves as a subject matter expert for contract governance and commercial risk identification.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire and does not reflect future job opportunity.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
CLM Strategy, Governance & Platform Leadership (Ironclad)
- Own governance, configuration, and strategic roadmap of Ironclad CLM
- Define and enforce enterprise standards for templates, clause libraries, metadata, workflows
- Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle governance from intake through execution and repository management
- Oversee renewals, obligations, and contract performance tracking
- Lead system enhancements, UAT, and release management with IT and vendors
- Deliver training and drive adoption across Procurement, Legal, and business users
ERP Integration & Contract Data Integrity (Oracle EBS)
- Ensure alignment between executed contract terms and Oracle EBS configuration
- Resolve discrepancies between contract records and ERP data
- Partner with Vendor Management and Finance on master data governance
- Maintain controls ensuring data accuracy across systems
Audit, Compliance & Reporting
- Lead audit request coordination and documentation
- Develop contract lifecycle dashboards and KPIs (cycle time, compliance, renewals)
- Ensure adherence to policies, SOX controls, and compliance requirements
- Drive improvements based on audit findings and reporting insights
Leadership & Process Improvement
- Act as escalation point for CLM issues
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders on standardized processes
- Identify system and workflow improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6-9 years procurement/contract management experience
- CLM (Ironclad preferred) experience
- Oracle EBS experience
- Strong contract interpretation and risk assessment skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
