Job Description

The George McCranie Law Firm is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing team at our Guadalajara office. Our firm thrives on carefully selected team members who help us reach more people and deliver an exceptional client experience. In this role, you will own our marketing strategy end to end, from crafting campaigns that drive results to leading a talented team of content creators, analysts, and video editors.

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico | On-site

Salary Range: $22,000 – $25,000 MXN per month

What You'll Be Doing

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping how the firm connects with its audience online and drives lead generation for our sales team. You won't just execute — you'll think, plan, and lead. Working closely with the firm's U.S.-based ownership and management, you will design and drive campaigns that elevate our digital presence, strengthen our brand, and deliver measurable results.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and owning content strategies across all social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, aligned with the firm's marketing and sales objectives.
• Designing and leading campaigns from concept to execution, continuously measuring performance and iterating for better results.
• Leading and coordinating a team of content creators, a marketing analyst, and video editors — providing direction, feedback, and creative vision.
• Identifying trends and translating them into actionable opportunities for the team to execute on.
• Collaborating regularly with U.S.-based ownership and management for strategy alignment, reporting, and campaign planning.
• Overseeing the firm's online reputation management, including Google reviews across all firm locations.
• Driving marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and support the firm's sales team in converting prospects into clients.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or a related field.

• Professional English proficiency, required for daily collaboration with U.S. based management.
