As The Client Partner Account Specialist You Will
- Account Management: Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Program Support: End to end management of account projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients..
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations that deliver insights to both clients and internal teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with channel teams, such as SEM, SEO, Social, Display, to ensure that client solutions are aligned with overall business goals.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring that clients receive timely updates on project progress and outcomes.
- 2-3 of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with multiple digital platforms and how they work together. Google analytics. Project management tools
- Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
