Indexed description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of products that transform our end-to-end supply chain from manufacturing and sourcing to logistics, fulfillment, and store delivery. This role is about using technology as a strategic enabler to deliver measurable business outcomes: improved speed, reduced cost, and greater resilience. You will partner with engineering, operations, and business leaders to define the vision, set priorities, and deliver results that matter.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will…
Set a Clear Vision and Roadmap
- Define a product strategy that aligns with business goals and operational KPIs.
- Prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest impact on cost, service, and agility.
- Build solutions that improve supplier collaboration, manufacturing visibility, inventory accuracy, transportation reliability, and last-mile execution.
- Ensure products enable real-time insights and faster decision-making across the network.
- Translate business challenges into actionable product requirements.
- Measure success by business results—not just feature delivery.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Engage stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and operations to drive adoption and change.
- Use technology thoughtfully—AI, automation, and advanced analytics—where it solves real problems and creates measurable value.
- Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and optimize processes.
- Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI tools to shorten the path from concept to production-grade solutions.
- Stay current on emerging AI models and product practices, applying best-in-class patterns (e.g., prompt-driven workflows, agent-based automation) to accelerate delivery and impact.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in supply chain or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
- Proven ability to set strategy, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in complex environments.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Comfortable working with engineering and data teams to bring ideas to life.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI into the product management toolkit (e.g., prototyping, experimentation, or shipping AI-powered features).
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
