The Category Lead is responsible for the cross-functional analysis, monitoring, and optimization of all business categories, contributing to the overall commercial strategy, value proposition, and consolidated performance.

The role focuses on assortment architecture, pricing, margins, visibility, and growth of the overall portfolio, generating insights and executing initiatives in collaboration with Sourcing, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance.

Your challenges:

- Define and optimize the overall category strategy - Manage and enhance the cross-category assortment - Monitor performance and key business KPIs - Optimize pricing strategy and margin structure - Drive cross-functional commercial initiatives and portfolio growth Required Skills:

- Experience in analytical roles within Category Management, Commercial, Ecommerce, or Marketplace environments.Experience working with business KPIs. - Experience in assortment, pricing, and margin analysis. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. - Analytical thinkingData-driven mindsetProactivityAttention to detail - Cross-functional collaboration / stakeholder management - Prioritization skills - Commercial acumen Valued Skills:
