Job Description

We are currently looking for a Vice President, Sales - REMOTE. As a vital member of the leadership team, you will shape our sales strategy, lead negotiations with key stakeholders, and drive significant revenue growth in the competitive healthcare sector. This role focuses on building strong relationships with C-suite executives while collaborating with various internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory or domain plans to expand market footprint.
  • Build strong relationships with C-suite and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from qualification to closing.
  • Create bundled, innovative solution packages aligned with customer needs.
  • Deliver measurable financial impacts for prospects by aligning solutions with objectives.
  • Coordinate efforts across various business units to support end-to-end solutions.
  • Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline development, and account planning.
  • Serve as the executive contact for customers until transition to Client Success Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Healthcare Administration.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, particularly in healthcare revenue cycles.
  • Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals at the C-suite level.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and meet revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse internal teams.
  • Experience with new technologies (e.g., AI, Chat GPT) to drive efficiencies.
