Program Lead - REMOTE

This is a Remote Role. In this role, you will impact the seamless execution and delivery of Amazon System Projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, efficient resource utilization, and effective risk management. Your leadership will contribute to strengthening customer relationships and enhancing Honeywell’s reputation for excellence in program management.

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate Amazon System Projects to ensure timely and successful delivery - Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve program objectives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and align on project goals - Identify assess, and mitigate risks to maintain project health and performance - Provide regular status updates and performance reports to leadership and customers - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes - Demonstrate flexibility to support customers across multiple time zones, including availability outside standard working hours as needed - Travel up to 50% as required
