Type: Full-time role with exciting growth opportunities
Location: Mumbai (5 mins walking distance from Parel/Prabhadevi)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off per month)
Key Responsibilities Account Management & Coordination
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare and share accurate quotations.
- Create and manage customized client portals.
- Act as the single point of contact for sales, billing, and service coordination.
- Support clients through first-order placement and query resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth billing, order processing, and service delivery.
- Ensure timely resolution of billing-related queries.
- Drive repeat business through proactive engagement and relationship building.
- Build strong relationships with purchase heads and key decision-makers.
- Share sales reports, account performance updates, and insights with management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably with mid-to-large corporates or multi-branch organizations.
- Proven track record of awards, appreciations, or sales achievements.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Passion for personal growth and contributing to company success.
