Shah and Doshi, Chartered Accountants, is hiring a Junior Accountant (Fresher) for a full-time, in-office role in Mulund West, Mumbai. This opportunity is ideal for B.Com/ commerce graduates looking for practical exposure in Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance in a CA firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting and bookkeeping using Tally/TallyPrime and MS Excel
- Preparation of GST workings and returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Support in Income Tax compliance and basic computations
- TDS calculation, return preparation, and follow-ups
- Assistance in registrations and compliances (IEC, MSME, Professional Tax)
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Support in finalisation of accounts and client reporting
- B.Com/M.Com/ACCA graduates or a commerce background
- Freshers with a strong interest in accounts and taxation
- Basic knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS preferred
- Candidates willing to work from the office in Mulund West, Mumbai
- Candidates looking for a long-term career in accounting (not short-term roles)
- Hands-on exposure to real client accounting and compliance work
- Practical learning in GST filing, TDS returns, and Income Tax
- Experience in a professional CA firm environment
