Sales Specialist

About the Role

Looking to launch or grow your career in sales with one of the world’s leading tech companies? Client is hiring highly motivated, competitive, and driven individuals for a Business Development Representative (BDR) opportunity supporting the Mid-Market QuickBooks organization.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls and prospect potential customers (45+ dials/day)

Engage decision-makers and generate qualified sales opportunities

Execute outbound campaigns using phone, email, and CRM tools

Manage leads and workflows through Salesforce and multiple systems

Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team

Research target accounts and uncover business opportunities

Maintain accurate CRM documentation and pipeline updates

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Coachable mindset with ownership and accountability

Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems/tools

Experience with Salesforce, G Suite, and MS Office preferred

Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background:

• 1–2 years of customer-facing, sales, hospitality, or business development experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
