We’re hiring a Global Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Manager to improve how talent discovers, engages with, and chooses Ford, directly impacting hiring outcomes.
Reporting to the Global Director of Employer Brand, you will turn strategy into execution, building and optimizing campaigns, channels, and experiences across paid media, CRM, AI-driven search, social, and career site platforms. This role requires strong ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to connect marketing activity to measurable hiring results.

Responsibilities
What you'll do...
Campaign Execution
- Execute employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns across priority talent segments.
- Translate strategy into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner with regions to ensure consistent, high-quality activation.
- Execute and optimize paid media across job boards, LinkedIn, social, and programmatic channels.
- Manage agency partners and hold accountability for performance.
- Improve cost per apply, conversion, and channel efficiency.
- Build and activate talent community and CRM strategies.
- Develop segmentation and nurture journeys to improve engagement and conversion.
- Optimize content for AI-driven search, GEO, AIO, and SEO to improve visibility and candidate discovery.
- Improve how candidates discover opportunities across search and emerging platforms.
- Apply AI tools to improve targeting and performance.
- Partner with Social and Content teams to align campaigns and content to hiring priorities.
- Provide clear creative direction and ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content and design.
- Ensure efforts drive qualified traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Track performance across the candidate funnel.
- Turn insights into actions that improve results.
- Connect marketing activity to hiring outcomes.
- Present performance results to leadership and influence decisions with data.
- Partner with regional teams to drive consistent, measurable execution.
- Align across Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Brand, IT, and Communications to move work forward.
- 8+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction marketing.
- 5+ years owning end-to-end, multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns at scale, delivering measurable improvements in apply volume, visit-to-apply conversion, or cost per apply.
- 5+ years managing paid media, agencies, and budgets ($250K+), accountable for cost efficiency and hiring outcomes.
- 5+ years building or scaling CRM or talent community strategies, including segmentation and nurture, to activate owned talent pools and drive pipeline, conversion, or applies.
- 5+ years of experience guiding creative direction for candidate-facing campaigns, ensuring brand-compliant execution and consistent content quality across channels.
- Experience applying SEO, AI-driven search, and GEO to improve discoverability and conversion.
- Experience operating across multiple regions or markets.
- Experience partnering across TA, Marketing, Brand, Communications, IT, Finance, HR, or Legal.
- Experience scaling employee advocacy, referral, or talent community programs.
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, engineering, or hard-to-fill hiring environments.
- Experience building executive-ready performance narratives and business cases.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
