**About the Role**
We are now looking for an IAM Advisor with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management, where experience in Identity Governance (IDG) and Identity Management (IDM) is particularly important.
This is an advisory and business-focused specialist role where you work closely with customers to understand their business-critical needs in identity, access and security. The focus is not primarily on traditional "hunter" sales, but on being able to drive consultative dialogues and build trust with customers through expertise and understanding of the IAM domain.
You will work with complex solutions and strategic customer dialogues in areas including:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) - Identity Governance & Administration (IGA/IDG) - Identity Management (IDM) - Privileged Access Management (PAM) - Related security and integration solutions
In the role, you collaborate closely with both customers, technical specialists and partners. You serve as an advisor in customers' security journey and help them translate technical requirements into business value and long-term strategies.
**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the IAM area and who thrives in a consultative and advisory role. You don't need to come from a pure sales background – the most important thing is that you have experience working closely with customers and can build trust through your expertise.
You are communicative, relationship-building and confident in dialogues with both technical specialists and decision-makers. You have the ability to understand the customer's business and translate complex security needs into clear solution proposals.
**Requirements for the Position**
**Very Important**
- Deep expertise in the IAM domain - Experience with Identity Governance (IDG/IGA) and/or Identity Management (IDM) - Experience with consultative work close to customers within IAM - Ability to drive advisory dialogues with both business and IT - Good understanding of complex security environments and identity-related processes - Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
**Important but Not Decisive**
- Experience in business development, presales or solution sales - Experience with enterprise customers and longer sales or implementation processes - Knowledge in PAM or related security areas - Experience in network security - Experience with customers in the public sector, defense or critical infrastructure - Understanding of regulatory requirements and security frameworks related to identity and cybersecurity, such as NIS2 or European security requirements - Experience developing new customer segments, offerings or business areas
