Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Product Rollout (Vendor) dedicated to driving product features delivering operational excellence for existing vendor partners. You will serve as the liaison between commercial business stakeholders and regional teams on one side, and our global product teams on the other side. You will be responsible for consolidating business needs, building structured business cases, and ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives testing and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across multiple functions and geographies and cultures.
You will be part of the bigger Product Deployment team handling 16 markets across APAC, Turkey & EU and will focus on product features used by our restaurant partners - these features aim to improve operational excellence, provide financial clarity to vendors driving experience and engagement and engage them more on our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Analysis
- Engage with a diverse set of local business stakeholders and regional teams, comprising Finance, Commercial, Operations and Support among many others to gather product feedback, identify pain points, and refine feature requests
- Consolidate and prioritize input to identify high-impact opportunities
- Translate operational challenges into structured business cases for the product team
- Drive adoption and effective utilization of product tools within the designated scope
- Drive initiatives focused on operational excellence, such as improving restaurant efficiency and platform health for existing vendor partners
Business Case Development
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build data-driven business cases
- Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and value assessments
- DiscussPresent proposals withto product leadership for consideration and prioritization in a limited capacity environment
Go-To-Market Orchestration
- Lead the cross-functional rollout of product initiatives across commercial operations, finance, legal, PR, and marketing
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and communications to ensure readiness across all teams
- Develop and maintain deployment playbooks, FAQs, and training materials
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the product, local and regional teams
- Maintain alignment across stakeholders through regular updates and checkpoints
- Track and report on rollout performance, adoption, and feedback
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in product operations, commercial programme management, or product-related roles in a multi-region or global company
- (Preferred) Deep understanding of vendor operational excellence, order fulfillment and partner enablement for 2-sided marketplace platforms; previous experience working with restaurants/delivery/logistics/hospitality partners will also be valuable
- Strong analytical and business acumen; able to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into recommendations
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute product rollouts, managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with operational requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in fast-paced or matrixed environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, with experience managing complex product deployments or rollouts
- Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g. Asana) and the product development lifecycle
