Are you interested in how to achieve real business results through data-driven strategy and purposeful brand building within the world of luxury spirits?

Join us as a Junior Brand Manager and work with an iconic international portfolio, including The Macallan, Brugal, and Highland Park. In this role, you will shape the local strategy of these super-premium brands, moving beyond mass-market tactics to design targeted, culture-driven programs that balance global prestige with local creative collaborations.


The role

  • Develop and implement annual business and marketing plans with a long-term vision. You own the "business story" and the strategic roadmap for the portfolio.
  • Move beyond traditional ATL/BTL, design and execute programs focused on events, cultural relevance, and high-end collaborations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for international Brand Owners. Manage internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze financial data, track KPIs, and manage budgets to ensure high-value business impact.
  • Lead the local launch of new product innovations and identify growth opportunities through innovative solutions both within and beyond the beverage industry.
  • Provide strategic guidance and premium resources to the sales and key account teams to ensure the brands' prestige is maintained at every touchpoint.


Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
  • 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing or trade marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to see the "big picture" and translate data into a compelling long-term strategic vision.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to manage complexity and a desire to drive meaningful change.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with alcoholic beverages is a significant advantage.
