What will you do?

• Conduct user research to uncover insights that drive thoughtful, user-centered design decisions
• Create wireframes and prototypes that bring concepts to life and communicate design vision
• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine designs and ensure seamless implementation
• Run usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• UI/UX Design - developing level; creating user-centered interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality
• User Research - developing level; gathering insights through interviews, surveys, and observation to guide design
• User Interface Prototyping - developing level; building interactive mockups to test concepts before development
• Usability Testing - developing level; evaluating designs with real users to identify friction points
• Interaction Design - developing level; defining how users navigate and engage with digital products
• User Journey Mapping - developing level; visualizing end-to-end experiences to spot improvement opportunities
• Information Architecture - developing level; organizing content and features for intuitive navigation
• Accessibility Standards - developing level; ensuring designs are inclusive and meet compliance requirements
