PPC Strategist Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns with direct execution.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including Search, Display, and remarketing.
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to manage six to seven-figure monthly ad budgets with measurable ROI.
• Knowledge of mortgage or regulated financial services advertising compliance requirements.

PPC Strategist Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the paid media channel strategy across search, display, remarketing, and paid social channels.
• Develop and optimize campaigns targeting mortgage products and geographic markets.
• Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and campaign performance to maximize lead volume and funded loans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
