Senior Software Engineer Web Development

The Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack plays a key role in building and scaling KAST. This is a high-ownership position where you’ll take responsibility for meaningful work from day one, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help turn ambitious goals into real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Influence: Lead the design of complex subsystems and ensure the stack evolves with industry best practices.
• Critical Problem Solving: Debug high-priority production issues and optimize cloud infrastructure for cost and performance.
• Mentorship: Elevate the entire team’s output through rigorous reviews, technical workshops, and standard-setting.
• Web3 Integration: Lead the integration of DApp features, smart contract interactions, and wallet providers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Mastery: Expert-level React, Node.js, and Cloud (AWS/GCP) fluency.
• Leadership: Experience leading large-scale feature deployments and managing technical debt.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to product managers and designers.
