About the opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team. Reporting to the Channel Sales Manager, you will assist & support in managing a key account customer, execute channel strategies and drive sustainable sales growth while building long-term customer partnerships.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Key duties

  • Assist and grow assigned customer accounts in line with channel strategy and sales targets.
  • Drive strong relationships with distribution partners through regular store visits, ride days and training.
  • Work closely with National Account Manager developing marketing and business plans.
  • Manage forward order and backorder planning to optimise availability and performance.
  • Maintain CRM, reporting, presentations and internal/external account communications.
  • Represent Milwaukee at account meetings, QBRs, trade shows and industry events.
  • Collaborate internally, sharing insights and best practice to support continuous improvement.

Skills & experience

  • Experience in B2B account management and/or sales.
  • Strong analytical capability with a data-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and long-term relationship management.
  • Solid knowledge of contract pricing strategies and frameworks.
  • Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong planning, organisation, and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
