Social Media Lead

iCliniq is hiring a Social Media Lead to drive aggressive growth, scale digital reach, and strengthen brand authority across platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will lead a team, own performance metrics, and directly influence user acquisition and engagement.

Key Objectives

• Own and execute a growth-focused social media roadmap
• Lead a team and ensure high-quality, high-performing content delivery
• Drive traffic, engagement, and user acquisition across platforms
• Position iCliniq as a trusted, high-authority healthcare brand
• Align social efforts with SEO, product, and business goals

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute monthly and quarterly growth strategies
• Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and launches
• Drive platform growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, Pinterest, and Reddit
• Focus on traffic generation, conversions, and audience expansion
• Analyze performance using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and reporting
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, Content, and Marketing teams
• Identify new formats, trends, and growth opportunities
• Ensure content meets medical accuracy and brand standards
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor 3–6 social media executives
• Conduct weekly reviews, feedback sessions, and skill development
• Ensure accountability for output quality and performance metrics
• Build a high-performing, execution-focused team culture

Eligibility

• Medical Background: MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / Allied Health + digital experience
• Non-Medical Background: Marketing / Communications / Journalism / MBA with 3+ years in social media growth roles

Required Skills

• Proven experience scaling social media to 100K+ audience and beyond
• Strong focus on growth, traffic generation, and engagement metrics
• Deep expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X ecosystems
• Strong analytical mindset (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
• Ability to lead teams and execute under tight timelines
• Strong storytelling with a performance-driven approach

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, edtech, or D2C growth environments
• Tools: Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn)
• Experience with community building and audience segmentation
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.)
