As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS.
• Experience in spatial data analysis and geographic information system application development.
• Ability to customize and extend GIS applications to meet diverse business needs.
• Familiarity with integrating GIS solutions with other enterprise systems and databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
