Project Manager / Traffic Management
A Melbourne design studio is halfway through a large corporate brand refresh and they need a sharp project manager to make sure everything lands.
The estimates are done. The brand strategy is in execution. This is about making sure every deliverable arrives on brand and on time across the final stretch.
You'll be the connective link between the creative team and the client. Owning the WIP, keeping approvals moving, liaising with the client daily, and chasing deadlines before they become urgent. Sitting across from the Design Director, you'll be hands on with updates and across everything as it moves.
The team are senior and well across the project. What they need is someone who can keep it running smoothly in the final three months.
Wrike and Microsoft Suite are your tools.
The environment is collaborative and fast. You bring the contingencies.
3 month contract. Pro rata salary. Start within May 2026. Minimum 3 days onsite in the CBD each week.

- Primary ownership of the project management platform Wrike, maintaining the Gantt chart and ensuring full transparency across the workflow for both sides
- Communication hub between internal and client stakeholders, managing correspondence, updating internal records and keeping the project moving
- Flexible working environment with a mix of remote and in studio days
