We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital growth engine. This isn't just an execution role; you will own the paid performance strategy for Meta and Google, manage a significant annual media spend of $4M+, hold 3rd party agencies accountable, and build the internal systems required to lead the organic strategy for our social media channels. The Role & Responsibilities

● End-to-End Paid Strategy: Own and execute the paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), Meta Ads, and emerging channels to deliver on fiscal year revenue and contribution margin and profitability targets.

● Funnel Mastery: Balance top-of-funnel brand awareness strategies with granular bottom-of-funnel conversion metrics like ROAS, CAC, and CPP.

● Social Strategy: Set the channel strategy for each social media channel, identify the role for organic and paid media, set channel KPIs, and deliver through-the-funnel activities.

● Agency & Vendor Leadership: Manage external media buyers and and other 3rd party partners, reviewing agreements and ensuring execution strictly aligns with commercial targets.

● Data Translation: Turn complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for the business. You will explain the " why" behind performance trends to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

About You (Selection Criteria)

We don't believe in "close enough"—we are obsessed with details. To be successful in this role, you will need:

● Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing or growth, ideally within a DTC e-commerce environment.

● Technical Expertise: Deep, expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

● Commercial Acumen: A strong, granular understanding of DTC unit economics, including LTV/CAC ratios .

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are highly advantageous).
