- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

- Strong written and spoken English.
- Working hours that overlap US Eastern.
- Resourcefulness and speed. You can interpret a rough brief and come back with something polished.

We create premium merchandise and gifting experiences for innovative companies. We blend custom manufacturing, curated product selection, and premium design to create swag that matters. We are a small, fast global team, and design is at the core of everything we do.
The role
We are looking for a creative genius with art direction instincts to take a brief and turn it into a curated, on-brand pitch that makes a client fall in love before anything is produced. You will also art direct the Better Swag brand itself, from website and marketing pages to case studies and social.
Job functions
- Build client pitch presentations, including our company overview deck and bespoke project decks inside each client's brand world.
- Create product concepts, mockups, and visual directions that help clients fall in love before anything is produced.
- Own and evolve the Better Swag brand system, including logo usage, guidelines, packaging, and unboxing touches.
- Design growth and marketing assets: website pages, landing pages, customer case studies, and social graphics.
- Work from loose founder or account-team direction to finished concepts quickly.
Conditions
This is a remote role for someone who can overlap with US Eastern working hours. You will work directly with the founders and account team on high-impact client pitches, brand assets, and growth design. The team is small and fast, so strong creative judgment and speed matter.
Desirable skills
- Experience designing for premium merchandise, gifting, packaging, or ecommerce.
- Experience building persuasive sales decks for brand, marketing, or executive buyers.
- Comfort moving between brand systems, mockups, web pages, and social assets.
