As our AI Technical Product Manager, you will be the critical bridge between our business vision and our technical execution. You are not just a requirements gatherer; you are a strategic partner who owns the "what" and the "why" behind our products. You'll work hand-in-hand with a world-class team of engineers and scientists to discover, define, and deliver AI-powered solutions that create massive business value. You won’t just be managing a backlog; you'll be shaping the future of our company by proactively identifying opportunities and driving them from concept to launch.


What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders (including the CEO) to understand and define high-level business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth business process analysis, user interviews, and workshops to uncover pain points and opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
  • Translate complex business needs into a clear, prioritized product backlog of epics and user stories.
  • Own and communicate the product roadmap for our core AI initiatives.
  • Champion the "Build vs. Buy" analysis for new use cases, evaluating market-leading SaaS tools against the potential of custom development.
  • Work daily with the AI and Product Engineering teams in an agile environment, clarifying requirements and ensuring development is aligned with the product vision.
  • Define and relentlessly track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and business impact of our solutions.


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in a tech-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – you can speak the language of both CEOs and senior engineers.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. You love a good challenge and are driven by data.
  • Experience with AI/ML projects is a huge plus, but a passion for technology and a quick learning ability are essential.
  • You are not afraid to say "no" to a bad idea, but you know how to do it constructively.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English.
