This role owns the user experience strategy and consumer psychology behind an AI-first product, transforming complex workflows into fast, intuitive, mobile-first experiences. You will design seamless conversational workflows that guide users through high-anxiety processes with absolute clarity, speed, and trust. Operating as a strategic leader, you will balance deep UX intuition with technical understanding to challenge product directions and drive meaningful outcomes. Working in a high-velocity, fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams and executive leadership to translate data funnel metrics into radical, simplified conversational AI flows. This is a position for a practitioner who thinks beyond standard screens to focus purely on usability, system behavior, and conversion optimization.Key Responsibilities
- Own user psychology and customer journeys, identifying friction points and designing intuitive experiences around user fear, anxiety, and trust.
- Translate business requirements and data funnel metrics into simplified conversational AI flows and mobile-first solutions.
- Ensure customers can navigate complex automated workflows without confusion, maintaining transparency and explainability in AI-driven decisions.
- Utilize Figma and existing Design Systems to focus purely on usability, speed, and product behavior outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, maintaining an efficient handoff process while protecting user intuition.
- Constructively challenge product directions and support the team under high-velocity delivery environments.
