Currently expanding into the Australian market, we have secured partnerships with JB Hi-Fi and Amazon. Our product portfolio includes air purifiers, humidifiers, tower fans, and air fryers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Australian retail partners across diverse product categories, focusing on driving profitable sales growth with both existing and new customers.
Job Position Overview
Possess over 5 years of industry experience and extensive sales management experience in direct cooperation with JB-HIFI, Harvey Norman and other key local retail accounts (KA) in Australia and New Zealand. Responsible for daily customer order operation, planning and execution of joint marketing campaigns, as well as product listing and lifecycle management. Deeply involved in formulating and implementing promotion strategies for all KA channels, building solid customer relationships and delivering regular product training to ensure retail staff fully understand the brand and products with competent sales recommendation capabilities. Develop differentiated product strategies for different clients to drive sales target achievement and boost channel penetration.

Job Responsibilites:
Responsible for channel development and management for ANZ retail and offline markets, covering major offline retailers such as JB-HiFi, TGG, Harvey Norman, as well as other distributors and online business. Optimize customer store and online shop management to improve channel coverage quality and output efficiency.
As the channel sales lead, responsible for market insights, channel planning and expansion, channel policy formulation and execution, channel process construction and optimization, and comprehensive management of the end-to-end process from SI (stock-in), ST (sales to channel), to SO (final sales), ensuring the achievement of company revenue and sales targets.
Promote the implementation and continuous optimization of retail product strategies, responsible for communication and negotiation, reducing the cost and operational channels for products entering the channel, mastering retail competitor strategies, and, combined with brand and product positioning, guiding and integrating customer resources to maximize product marketing effectiveness.
Manage the quality of ANZ retail operations, formulate inventory and forecasting plans, guide customer stock preparation, monitor inventory and inventory turnover data in real time, and adjust operational strategies promptly according to sales progress; explore and promote better operational management models, such as switching to direct supply models.
Convey brand philosophy and execute retail strategies, deeply understand brand and product strategies, focus on maintaining retail customer relationships, cultivate customers into loyal brand partners, and promote the effective dissemination and training of product and brand value in retail channels.
Job requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference given to majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
Work Experience: 5–10 years of experience in retail channel development and management, with preference for candidates with local experience in Australia or New Zealand.
Industry Experience: Familiar with retail channels in consumer electronics, home appliances, cleaning appliances, or related industries, with direct cooperation experience with major retail clients (such as JB-HiFi, Harvey Norman, etc.).
Position Experience: Previously served as channel sales leader, account manager, or sales management position, with end-to-end channel management capabilities and the ability to independently formulate and execute channel strategies.
Localization Requirements: Preference for local Australian candidates; those with high-quality local channel resources are preferred.
