🚀 Why this role is differentWe build and maintain a huge amount of in-house software. Our platform runs everything from quoting and booking to tracking and invoicing, with deep integrations into dozens of carrier systems. There’s always something genuinely interesting to work on, and every engineer has real impact on the product.You’ll work across the whole stack, frontend and backend, customer platform and internal tools. You ship features end to end, not fragments of someone else’s design.We’re an AI-forward engineering team. ✨ What you’ll actually do

Customer-facing UI 🎨

• Build new features and fix bugs in our React/TypeScript app to delight our end users

Admin tools 🛠️

• Build the React/TypeScript tools that power our sales, customer service, and operations teams

Backend ⚙️

• Develop our Micronaut-based API server and background tasks in Kotlin Integrate with carrier systems for quoting, booking, and tracking
• Write unit and integration tests

You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. We just ask that you’re eager to learn, and we’ll get you up to speed fast.
