Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruiting process, including: posting on appropriate sites, resume review and formatting, reference checks, interviews, offer process, and documentation through applicant tracking system
  • Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies through social media, networking, and direct-recruiting efforts to attract the most appropriate talent
  • Effectively guide candidate through interview, hiring, salary negotiations, and post-hire processes
  • Proactively recruit and manage the on-going development of a candidate pipeline
  • Drive revenue growth within the greater Atlanta market for the Accounting and Finance Practice
  • Partner with business development professionals to achieve monthly/annual sales goals
  • Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert to help educate the business development team on the market and recruiting best practices
  • Partner with business development professionals to consult with client companies on effective recruitment and hiring strategies
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college
  • Previous experience in a sales, marketing, recruiting, or similar position preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter, capable of developing and pursuing a plan with minimal supervision
