Role Summary:

This AI Product Manager will focus on building and scaling the internal platforms that power the business, with an emphasis on integrating Generative AI into workflows, systems, and decision-making processes.

You’ll operate across multiple products rather than owning a single roadmap, identifying opportunities, rapidly prototyping solutions, and partnering with engineering to bring AI-enabled products into production.

This role is hands-on and execution-oriented. It’s best suited for someone who has experience building or experimenting with AI-driven solutions, enjoys working in ambiguous environments, and prefers shipping over theorizing.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply Generative AI and LLM-based solutions across internal tools and workflows
• Design and drive AI-enabled product initiatives, from concept through MVP and production
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas using modern AI tools, APIs, and experimentation frameworks
• Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable solutions, including API integrations and data-driven systems
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product strategy, requirements, and execution plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, client-facing teams, and leadership to align priorities and drive outcomes
• Contribute across a portfolio of internal platforms, including workflow automation, data systems, and operational tools
• Define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and iterate using data and user feedback
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and applied AI workflows

Qualifications:

• Experience in product management, ideally working on platform products, internal tools, or data-driven systems
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-enabled product development (e.g., prototyping, integrations, experimentation)
• Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and system design concepts
• Experience with rapid prototyping, MVP development, and experimentation-driven product development
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive execution without fully defined requirements
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including leadership
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
• Experience using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and iterate on product direction
• Familiarity with workflow automation, internal platforms, or operational systems is a strong plus
